Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Piovo. By creating a workspace or using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to them and confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

Piovo provides AI teammates that receive work by email, use the tools you connect, and propose actions for your approval. AI output can be incomplete or wrong: review proposed actions before approving them. You remain responsible for actions you approve and for how you use the results.

Your account and connected services

  • Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us about unauthorized use.
  • Only connect mailboxes and tools you are authorized to use, and configure who may send work to your teammates.
  • Connected third-party services (such as Google) are governed by their own terms; you can disconnect them at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use Piovo to:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or impersonate others;
  • violate laws or the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property;
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, approvals or security controls;
  • interfere with or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that put the service, other customers or third parties at risk.

Your data

You own the content you and your teammates process. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We process it using the providers listed on our subprocessors page. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Plans, usage and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance; AI usage beyond a plan’s included amount is billed based on metered usage as shown in your workspace. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can set spending limits; when a limit is reached, teammates pause until it is raised or the next billing period starts. We will give notice before changing prices.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Piovo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Piovo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination we revoke connected-service access and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes; continued use after the effective date means you accept them. Questions: support@piovo.team.
